Approval update: The Settlement was granted final approval on March 31, 2026.
Consumers who purchased a YouTube TV or DirecTV Stream subscription at any time from April 1, 2019, through the date the court grants preliminary approval of the settlement, may be eligible to claim a cash payment from a class action settlement .
The Walt Disney Co. agreed to pay $50,000,000 to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it violated federal antitrust law and various state antitrust and consumer protection laws. The plaintiffs claim Disney engaged in conduct that raised the prices of streaming live pay television services, causing consumers to pay more for YouTube TV and DirecTV Stream subscriptions.

Key details:
- Both individuals and entities (such as businesses or organizations) are eligible.
