Questions
Do I need a membership to file a claim?
No. Filing a claim is always free, on the official settlement website, and every settlement on this site is free to browse. Membership will pay for the extra work: watching cases, sending alerts, the AI analysis and helping with forms. We never file anything for you.
Are email alerts free?
Yes, for now. Until membership opens, anyone can get alerts: open a settlement, press Notify me and enter your email. You can also ask to hear about new settlements. Alerts will become a member feature when membership opens.
When will membership open?
When the member features are ready and tested. There's no date yet. Join the waitlist and we'll email you once, when it opens.
What happens to my email address?
We keep it encrypted and use it only to tell you membership has opened. We don't add you to any other list or share it with anyone. Ask us and we'll delete it.
Can I ask for a feature?
Please do. Use the box above: tell us what you'd like to see or what's missing. We read every message.
Membership will support the site and pay for what members use. It will never be required to file a claim: filing is always free, on the official settlement website, and we never file anything for you.
